They need warm home cooked meals, undisturbed rest, emotional connection, belly binding, and lots of oxytocin. I create a customized postpartum support package that prioritizes the nutrients your body needs, practices that encourage your uterus to heal, and self care offerings that help you to feel more connected to this new version of yourself.

I focus on making meals for you. I belly bind you daily. I prepare herbal foot baths daily. I offer yoni steam services as often as you feel called. I listen and help you to feel safe and connected to this new powerful version of yourself! My postpartum care includes everything that you need in order to feel supported, nourished, and confident after birth!
