Birth Care
Just like every pregnancy is different, every birth experience will hold its own memories and emotions. When envisioning your wants and needs for your third trimester and birthing experience, it’s important to note what it is you’re looking for! I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and beyond! I meet with all of my clients, in person, to create a birth plan specific to their needs and desires. We go over any and all questions that you may have about pregnancy changes, breastfeeding, counter pressure, labor, and postpartum healing. Once you are in labor and ready for in person support, usually client is still at home, I will meet you and be with you until 1-2 hours post birth! Additionally, payment plans are available for all clients.

This service is perfect for someone looking for a labor and delivery focused package. I truly believe that having a positive birthing experience, begins before labor does! What I mean by that is, educational and emotional preparation can make all the difference in the world! This is because when you don’t know what your options are in a labor setting, you don’t have any options. In our prenatal meeting, we converse together in order to help create your ideal birth plan and make sure you understand all your options! Then, you are able to take your birth plan to your provider or Midwife to educate them on what your preferences are.
Once you enter consistent active labor and you are in need of more comfort and support, I will meet you at your home, go with you to your delivery location, and be with you until 1-2 hours after delivery. I always make sure to be with families through their first feeding, whether that be breastfeeding or bottle feeding, to address any questions about latching or hand expression.

This service is perfect for someone looking for the full doula experience! This package comes with everything the Birth Package does, but with an extra postpartum visit in the comfort of your own home!
Our Postpartum Visit is likely to occur 1-2 weeks after delivery, once client has been able to get back home and get settled in. Clients are always welcome to text me with any questions in between delivery and our Postpartum Visit! This visit gives us the ability to relive and recap your birthing experience from start to finish, address newborn care, breastfeeding concerns, postpartum nutrition, and expectations for hormonal changes post birth. Transition into motherhood is a big energetic shift, whether this is your first baby or you are becoming a new mom of 2, 3, or 4! This visit is a great way to gather even more information on the fourth trimester and address any concerns of how things are currently flowing, now that your baby is officially out in the world!

This package comes with an extra home visit, during pregnancy, that includes a Sound Bath Meditation session. Sound healing is a great way to relieve stress and tension in the body. Leading up to your labor and delivery, there may be fears, doubts, or hesitancies that you are holding onto. This visit allows you to dive deeper into those spaces and release all of the negativity and doubts you may be having.
This is an experience for you and your birth team! So, your partner and anyone else you are planning to have with you on your journey are encouraged to join.
