Birth Care
I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and beyond! I meet with all of my clients, in person, to create a birth plan specific to their needs and desires. We go over any and all questions that you may have about pregnancy changes, breastfeeding, counter pressure, labor, and postpartum healing. Once you are in labor and ready for in person support, usually client is still at home, I will meet you and be with you until 1-2 hours post birth!
I offer 2 birth doula packages, each listed below. Additionally, payment plans are available for all clients.

2 Prenatal Meetings to create birth plan/vision and prepare for postpartum
Labor and delivery support

This service is perfect for someone looking for the full doula experience!
Our two prenatal visits are likely to occur between 32-37 week gestation. We will create a birth plan, go over labor support, and answer all your questions! Our Postpartum Visit is likely to occur 1-2 weeks after delivery, once you have been able to get back home and get settled in. This visit is a great way to gather even more information on the fourth trimester and address any concerns of how things are currently flowing, now that your baby is officially out in the world!

This service is perfect for someone looking for the premium holistic experience!
This package comes with an extra home visit, during pregnancy, that includes a Sound Bath Meditation session. Sound healing is a great way to relieve stress and tension in the body. Leading up to your labor and delivery there may be fears, doubts, or hesitancies that you are holding onto. This visit allows you to dive deeper into those spaces and release all of the negativity and doubts you may be having.
This is an experience for you and your birth team! So, your partner and anyone else you are planning to have with you on your journey are encouraged to join.
